WGL High Efficiency Particulate Demisting Air filter  

This high-efficiency particulate demisting air filter is applied in the filter entrance of heavy gas turbine and air compressor .Outdoor air enters the polyester fiber filter firstly , then enters the roller air strainer, passes through the HEPA , into the relevant silencer air path, finally enters the unit air inlet namely to complete the entire process. Filtration result rate and precision up to 99.97%@0.3um.

Automatic counter-blowing dust-cleaning equipment adopts the special-purpose electromagnetism pulse valve which has such characteristics as: quick start-up, sensitive movement , big caliber and long life up to1,000,000 times

The venturi tube is designed according to the type of the filter cartridge, the venturi tube plays the role of convolving and inhaling in the filtrating process, which can increase 5-7 time of twice counter-air blowing quantity, so that to let the filter roller cleaner.

The electronic control system is the control center for the whole equipments and major components of the electronic control system are excellent imported products completely. The HEPA installment room and installment frames are all made of stainless steels to prevent further pollution.

The steel structure's service life is more than 30 years.

Self-clean method: manual, automatic, time setting and pressure difference .

May transmit long-distance 4-20mA air pressure difference output signal .

Process

In three filtration step:

1,Efficiency precision of the pre-filter (high-quality polyester fiber filtering materials) can be up to 90%@5um. Its main function is to filter out big granule dusts in the air, and prevent bird dejections and other extraneous materials from jamming. After the pre-filter, burdens of the secondary filter are less and extend the life time.

3, Efficiency precision of the high efficiency particulate air filtration (HEPA filter) reaches 99.97%@0.3um.The tertiary filtration uses the HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air filter), and the HEPA's function is reached with its partition board high efficiency filter and the specially-made partition board filter mandri. And the superfine glass fibrous paper is adopted as filter material, the heat molten rubber as partition board and the aluminum alloy as outline border.

Demister

This device ,installed in the air inlet of relevant equipment ,is made to adapt to humid climate in south and coastal areas .The demister is mainly used to separate the drops with a diameter longer than 3-5um, and when in the entrance, the air flow is ≤5m/s ,the demisting efficiency is 97-99%.When the watery air rises by certain speed and passes through filament nets erected on the barrier , as a result of the effect of inertia for the rising watery air , there is a crash between the watery air and the filament nets to let the watery air stay on the surface. When the moisture on the surface of the filament proliferates further plus the gravitational sedimentation ate of the drop itself, then the moisture in the watery air grows to a bigger drop to flow along the filament to its crossing. As a result of the filament tube's function, the drop becomes bigger and bigger until its own gravity surpasses the amount of the rising air's buoyancy and liquid surface tensile force, and finally it is separated and falls

down.
