GL320 型自洁式高效空气过滤器装置的自洁系统
高效过滤装置的自洁系统包括两部分:脉冲喷吹系统和压差检测及控制系统,前者包括压缩空气供应管路,压缩空气气包,电磁脉冲阀和喷吹管;后者包括微压差传感器和具有压差检测,脉冲控制及超限报警等功能的测量控制仪表。
脉冲喷吹系统、电磁脉冲阀
电磁脉冲阀是由脉冲阀(差动气阀)与先导阀(控制阀)组合在一起的组件。阀体采用铝合金压铸而成,经表面处理后具有防腐蚀的能力。其技术指标应满足下述要求:
●工作介质:工作压力为0.4-0.6MPa的清洁空气;
●控制电压:DC24V或DC110V,同脉冲控制仪配套使用;
●放气量:当气源压力为0.6Mpa,脉冲宽度为0.12s时的空气流量不小于0.2m3;
●使用环境:-40~+80℃,相对湿度≤85%,特殊情况100%;
●使用寿命:不低于100万次。 自洁系统的设计和安装应满足下列要求:
●气包、电磁脉冲阀与喷吹管的连接处可靠密封
●压缩空气供气管路应设置油水分离器和过滤器,确保供气洁净,过滤后的空气中应清除油、水及杂质(≤5μm)
●气包的体积能满足保持电磁脉冲阀的供气稳压要求 微压差传感器和控制检测仪表组成,满足下列要求:
●量程为0-1500Pa(0-150mmH2O)
●读数分辨率为2.0mmH2O
●设定控制值应可调,超限报警并输出控制信号
●脉冲控制仪同电磁脉冲阀配套使用其性能应满足下列要求:
●输出脉冲间隔可在1-30s范围内调节
●输出脉冲宽度可在0.03-0.2s范围内调节。

GL320 Self-cleaning High Efficiency Air Filter Device was firstly applied in Chinese Aviation Industrial. Its research and development began at July 1982 and ended at December 1988.
GL320 Self-cleaning High Efficiency Air Filter Device was developed by Chinese Aviation Industry. The new type high efficiency filter made by us can meet all technical requirements of furnace blast and air compressor. The performance is nearly the same with overseas similar products and its initial pressure is lower than America Donaldson filter.
Application

Self-cleaning System
High Efficiency Air Filter Device self cleaning system include two parts: impulse puff and blow system, pressure difference inspection and control system, the former consists of compressed air supply pipeline, compressed air gas bag, electromagnetism impulse valve and puff blow pipe; while the later contains measure and control instrument in functions of minute-pressure difference measure sensor and pressure difference inspection, impulse control and transfinite alarm, and etc.
Impulse puff and blow system, electromagnetism impulse valve
Electromagnetism impulse valve contains impulse valve(differential gas valve)and guide valve(control valve). The valve composition is made of aluminum alloy through pressure casting and surface treatment which possesses the function of corrosion protection.
Its technological qualification should meet the following requirement
Working medium: working pressure is 0.4-0.6Mpa clean air;
Control electric: DC24V or DC110V, complementary use for same impulse control instrument;
Discharge flow: when pressure is 0.6Mpa and pulse width is 0.12s, air supply not less than 0.2m3;
Using condition: -40~+80℃; relative humidity ≤85%, sometimes 100%.
Life time: not less than 1,000,000 times.
For self clean system, its design and assembly should meet the following requirement:
Seal reliable the joint of Gas bag, electromagnetism impulse valve and puff blow tube.
Compressed air supply pipeline should set oil gas separator and filter to ensure clean air supplied, while filtered air should eliminate oil, water and residue;
Gas bag bulk should keep electromagnetism stably supply gas, usually 8 or 10 electromagnetism impulse valve as a group.
